In our class, I will teach you methods to release blockages and get in touch with your intuitive abilities. A technique to bring emotional openness to every movement within a choreography. Not to mention a tailored specialized approach to interpreting a musical selection of your choosing to let your unique individual expression shine through. Class will start on time. • LOCATION: Ripley-Grier Studios - 520 8th Ave, New York • PRICE: $100 Early Bird, $125 Regular • STUDIO ROOM : TBA | Jude will send an email with details the evening before each session with studio room # - and/or check the monitors on floor 16 and 17 of studio. "Janelle's School of RAQ: Bellydance" • DRESS: moveable clothing you feel comfortable in Bio: Jude is a belly dancer/actress of Syrian descent. She discovered her love for performing at a young age and went on to study in the 2 year acting conservatory program, the William Esper studio in Manhattan. During her studies, she discovered her love of belly dance and the deeper connection it brought her to her heritage. Upon realizing this passion, she committed herself to the art full time. From the Jbelly school of raqs to the Ayaam Zamaan festival in Egypt, Jude has trained with notable masters such as Nada el Masriya, Tito Seif, Yousry Sharif, and so on. She is a current member of the Raqs Al Zahra belly dance troupe led by Natalie Nazario. • STUDIO POLICY: Required to present a photo id at the front desk when entering the building, do not enter the studio room without your Instructor. • NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to high studio prices refunds are not given for missed classes but Janelle will always send you the Class Recording to enjoy at home. If you need to re-schedule please notify Janelle at least 24hrs in advance of your schedule session.

Cancellation Policy

Any sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full rate. No-show sessions will not be refunded but a class recording can be requested!
